Please note I use nuts in some of my recipes such as Almond flavour cakes. No peanuts are allowed in my cake kitchen however as a family we do have nuts in the home. If you have any concerns please get in touch.
I am able to bake a dairy free cake, however, as most of my cakes are baked using dairy products I cannot guarantee my kitchen is free of dairy contamination.
I am able to bake a gluten free cake, when baking with gluten free products no other cakes will be baked along side your order to reduce contamination, however, as the majority of my cakes are made with Wheat flour I can not guarantee my kitchen is contamination free.
I am able to make egg free cakes using coconut products as an alternative ingredient. As most of my cakes are baked using eggs I cannot guarantee my kitchen is free from eggs.

Delicate raspberry sponge cake filled with raspberry rippled buttercream filling.
Light & fluffy chocolate cake filled with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream.
Chocolate or caramel sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream and salted caramel.
Azera Intenso coffee sponge filled with vanilla or coffee buttercream.
Chocolate Mud Cake
Rich moist chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream.
Spiced & nutty carrot cake filled with vanilla buttercream.
This can be made with mascarpone cream cheese for naked or semi naked cakes only.
Rich fruit cakes, can be made boozy or alcohol free.
