Should you have any allergies please get in touch to discuss your needs, but here are a few notes.
NUTS: Please note I use nuts in some of my recipes such as Almond flavour cakes. No peanuts are allowed in my cake kitchen however as a family we do have nuts in the home. If you have any concerns please get in touch.
DAIRY: I am able to bake a dairy free cake, however, as most of my cakes are baked using dairy products I cannot guarantee my kitchen is free of dairy contamination.
GLUTEN: I am able to bake a gluten free cake, when baking with gluten free products no other cakes will be baked along side your order to reduce contamination, however, as the majority of my cakes are made with Wheat flour I can not guarantee my kitchen is contamination free.
EGG: Unfortunately I do not as of yet, have a recipe for an egg free cake, but I am always keen to learn so please do get in touch to talk with me about your needs.
